She is a Biologist from UNAM and has a Master’s degree in Rural Development and Natural Resources and a specialty in Environmental and Ecological Economics. She is interested in issues of nature conservation, adaptation and mitigation of climate change, agroecology, sustainable lifestyles, gender, poverty, health and nutrition.

She currently works with behavioral sciences for the design, implementation and analysis of actions and strategies related to sustainable development.
