Social Impact Assessment
The Social Impact Assessment (SIA) is a process to unterstand and respond to the social problems associated withdevelopment. SIA focuses on how to identify, avoid, mitigate, and improve the positive and negative impacts on thecommunities in which the Project is developed. We have a team of expert consultants on Social Impact Assessments, Community Relations Strategies, and Social Management Plans. The assessment and social management is carried out following the Equator Principles and the requirements of the General Administrative Provisions on Social Impact Assessment in the energy sector (SENER).
ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management Systems
ISO 50001:2018 provides a framework of requirements to establish energy management systems (EnMS) and processes to continually improve energy performance, including energy efficiency, use, and consumption. M&V Energy Efficiency Projects
Measurement and Verification (M&V) is the process of planning, measuring, collecting, and analyzing data to verify and report energy savings in a facility as a result of the implementation of Energy Efficiency Improvement Measures. The M&V process is based on the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP®) of the ©Efficiency Valuation Organization (EVO®) 2016.
