Social Management Specialist
Victor has a degree in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Mexico. He has more than five years of experience as a field and office researcher in rural and urban communities with different methodologies (survey collection and supervision, interview preparation, ethnographies, life stories, participant observation, mystery shopper, among others), as well as field coordinator in research projects, intervention and social development, conducting interviews, data capture, logistics planning and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, among other activities.
He has developed field and office work for the preparation of ethnographic characterizations, detection of stakeholders (stakeholder analysis), detection of social impacts, moderation of dialogue tables, as well as support in the development of social management plans for implementation of projects in the energy sector. He is currently responsible for logistical, financial, and operational planning for the preparation of social due diligence studies for the implementation of projects in the energy sector; identification of indigenous communities, social impact assessments, mapping of stakeholders, preparation of geostatistical information sheets, among other activities.
