Alberto has a background in mechanical and electrical engineering from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León as well as postgraduate studies in mechanical engineering with a specialization in thermal and fluids from the same university. He is an expert in sustainability and environment with 30 years of international experience in developing leading corporate sustainability strategies, sustainability management systems, climate change strategies, monitoring and improving sustainability performance, policy development, external reporting and participation with stakeholders in various sectors, such as mining, construction materials, chemicals, automotive parts, beverages, paper, and retail.
