Alan is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in the degree of Psychology, he is an intern for the Master of Psychology Applied to Social, Organizational and Environmental processes (UNAM), and he is a graduate of the Diploma of Social Impact Assessment and Consultation by FLACSO Mexico. Social psychologist with more than eight years of experience in the field of social management, psycho-social impact assessment, community relations, attention to citizen complaints and customer service, in government areas and private capital projects.

Knowledge in the application of intervention programs, evaluation and field work of psychological, social and environmental impact in public, residential, and community spaces.

Experience in issues of prevention and resolution of social conflicts, sustainability, implementation of social management plans, environmental management, due diligence, social responsibility, citizen participation and community work.
